Back to 1995: Lin Qiangfeng's Revenge in Xigang

After Lin Qiangfeng and the Drug King perish together, he is reborn in 1995 at the West Harbor Police Station, three days before the West Harbor Docks Massacre. His mentor and comrades died in the case in his previous life. Knowing there was a mole in the operation, he resolves to change his fate.

At a meeting, he opposes the operation at Warehouse Seven targeting drug lord Luo Bingzhang, clashing with Captain Li An. He also hints at the connection between the corrupt cop Min Dan, the deputy director’s daughter, and the drug lord, putting her on alert.

To prevent the tragedy, Lin Qiangfeng sneaks into Luo Bingzhang’s lair at night and photographs a ledger documenting drug deals and bribes. He also joins forces with Wang Juhua, the widow of a drug enforcement hero, using her barbershop to gather intelligence. At New Era KTV, he exposes a deal between the drug lord and a deputy town chief, leaving the words “settle the score” written in blood and shocking the police force.

After being placed under confinement, he contacts Ban Dehai, a former scout and cook, for help. Once he escapes, he edits recordings of the corrupt cops’ phone calls to mislead Luo Bingzhang. During the showdown at the docks, he sets off oil barrels, triggering infighting among the drug dealers and helping the police bring them all in, preventing the massacre.

However, Jin Yongxiang is silenced in the interrogation room, cutting off the trail. Just then, drug chemist Lu Shaohua appears with a new type of methamphetamine and sets a trap to provoke Lin Qiangfeng, ushering in a new contest. The story follows Lin Qiangfeng as he uses the advantage of his rebirth to wage a battle of wits and strength against drug lords, corrupt cops, and a new adversary, advancing step by step in his fight for revenge and justice.
