Journey to the West: I Became the Great Sage Equal to Heaven

[Journey to the West + Heavenly Court Rebel + Buddhist Villains + Unexpected Twists]

He wakes up and finds himself transmigrated into Journey to the West.

He has become Sun Wukong before his birth, the Spiritual Stone Monkey, one of the Four Monkeys of Chaos.

Just as Sun Wukong resigns himself to becoming a lackey of Buddhism,

he suddenly senses a familiar aura within him.

It turns out to be a fragment of the Chaos Demon Ape's original essence.

After refining it, Sun Wukong learns that if he devours the other three Monkeys of Chaos,

he can once again become a Chaos Demon God, transcend the Heavenly Dao, and break free from its control.

From then on, Buddhism realizes that Sun Wukong is becoming harder and harder to control.

When the fake Wukong appears, Sun Wukong seizes him and refines him in an instant.

Together with the macaque he devoured earlier, he now has the complete essence of the Chaos Demon Ape.

While the Buddhist assembly stands dumbfounded, Sun Wukong attains the Great Unity Golden Immortal Dao on the spot.

Tathagata stares in disbelief. “You’re saying Sun Wukong is even stronger than me?”

A figure towering into the heavens strides into Mount Sumeru.

“Tathagata, come out and meet your death!”
