Warhammer 30K: Garro, the Weapon of Fate

"Garro: Weapon of Fate" is a novel in the Warhammer Horus Heresy series. It follows Nathaniel Garro, former battle-captain of the Death Guard Legion, as he undertakes missions during the Horus Heresy, from the desolate wastes of Isstvan to the halls of the Imperial Palace, serving as a paragon of loyalty and protector of the innocent. At the same time, Garro is forging his own path. He begins to question his place in the Imperium and wonder what might happen if he, too, were to falter. The book sets the stage for the story of "Vow of Faith", bringing Garro closer to his inevitable fate as the first true martyr of the “Lectitio Divinitatus.”
