Xiangzi the Ride-Hailing Driver

[A Poor, Stubborn Virgin Driver vs. A Tough, Shrewd, Mature Businesswoman]

When a poor young man from out of town meets a wealthy woman who made her fortune through a demolition settlement, is it love or a transaction?

Lu Ming is a 20-year-old college student from Ningguo, Anhui. He comes to Shanghai to drive for a ride-hailing service, dreaming of becoming a private car driver and buying a car of his own.

Wang Feili is a 35-year-old Shanghai local who received a fortune from a demolition settlement. She owns 20 homes and more than 400 cars, making her a landlord on a grand scale. Dark-skinned and overweight, she is also shrewd and formidable.

A pickup on a stormy night lands Lu Ming behind the wheel of Wang Feili's Mercedes-Benz E-Class private car, and right in the middle of her “sperm donor plan.”

“I hear Anhui men are… especially fertile?” Wang Feili watches his abs beneath his soaked shirt and smiles meaningfully. “Give me a child, and my homes and cars will all be yours.”

But things aren't that simple.

Lu Ming works himself to the bone driving to repay his debts, only to be swindled by a fellow townsman. Wang Feili acts tough, but grows anxious when she still can't get pregnant. Cao Tuzi, the fleet captain, secretly loves Wang Feili and keeps tripping Lu Ming up. Then the returnee elite Hua Guangsheng takes advantage of the situation. Behind his polished charm lurks a shocking scam…
