The life of college student Qiao Yu'an is thrown into complete disarray by her boyfriend Lin Yizhe's gambling debts. Lin Yizhe owes Qi Jinyou three million, and goes so far as to offer her up to settle the debt.
In a smoke-filled private club, Qiao Yu'an meets Qi Jinyou for the first time. His silence and chilling presence instinctively frighten her. Qi Jinyou's subordinate Guan Shu lays out the terms: stay by Qi Jinyou's side for six months, learn to navigate upscale venues, and complete designated tasks, and the debt will be wiped clean, freeing Lin Yizhe.
