I Transmigrated into Naruto and Awakened a Stand?

Shingetsu Izayoi is a genius ninja from the small Shingetsu clan in the Hidden Leaf Village. But when he gets caught up in the night of the Uchiha clan massacre, he awakens memories of his past life and a Stand from JoJo's Bizarre Adventure.

What? It's a Stand with time-manipulating abilities? Fate is on my side!

In this ninja world, fraught with danger, he could have kept his head down behind the protagonist. Instead, he chooses to become the protagonist himself.

Hiruzen Sarutobi: Izayoi, you'll surely inherit my mantle as the Professor and the Hero of the Shinobi! You could even inherit Lord First Hokage's title as the God of Shinobi and make Konoha great again!

Izayoi: I'll pass on being the Hero of the Shinobi and the Professor, and I have no desire to be the God of Shinobi either. But as a god of the shinobi world, I have a responsibility to make my world great again!
