Movie star Xiao Yan was doing a variety show livestream when he was told to borrow money from a friend.
Without batting an eye, he called Bai Lu. “Lend me five hundred thousand.”
The person on the other end immediately blew up. “Scammers, may your whole family die! Xiao Yan is so broke he has nothing but trophies. Do you need money for a coffin or something?”
Everyone at the scene froze in shock.
Three minutes later, Bai Lu called back, and Xiao Yan put her on speaker.
Her shout nearly blew out the microphone. “Your account was hacked! Some idiot just impersonated you to borrow money!”
The director’s camera caught the corners of Xiao Yan’s mouth suddenly lifting.
