A Sequel to Jade Dynasty: Xiaofan

The Zhu Xian universe carries on its orthodox storyline through official sequels, while fan fiction opens up new dimensions with ideas such as resurrection through ghostly cultivation and the mythology of the Nine Netherworlds. Whether it is Zhang Xiaofan and Lu Xueqi finding a peaceful life together in the countryside, or the love and heartbreak that follow Bi Yao's resurrection, simple gestures of affection like “stopping by on the way” and “a packet of tea” bring the immortal-heroic epic down to earth, into the warmth of everyday life.
