Lin Chuchu vs. Lu Lingxing

While the school renovates its dorms, Lin Chuchu’s older brother asks his good friend Lu Lingxing to look after her.

According to her brother, his little sister is sweet and his buddy is dependable, so the two of them living together will definitely let them “get along like a loving big brother and little sister.”

Before they met, Lin Chuchu imagined Lu Lingxing as a composed, proper gentleman.

Meanwhile, Lu Lingxing thought Lin Chuchu was a well-behaved girl who excelled at school and had a gentle personality.

But when they finally met, they really did turn out to be a pair of natural enemies!

Lin Chuchu was stunned. “What happened to the gentleman you promised me? Why is he so sharp-tongued and ‘delicate,’ and why is he such a clingy hopeless romantic? He’s got plenty of energy and tricks for acting cute, too.”

There was nothing for it. Lin Chuchu had to indulge and pamper him.

Lu Lingxing couldn’t believe it either. His good buddy had said his little sister was a sweet, well-behaved girl. So why was she so stubborn, refused to back down, and was a workaholic focused entirely on her career? She didn’t know how to take care of herself at all!

Soon, he discovered that beneath the tough exterior, the young woman was really a little tree covered in scars... From then on, Lu Lingxing began his tree-nurturing plan...
