When Long Chujian pushed open the bronze door on the first floor of the nine-story demon building, he fell into a situation full of weirdness and horror: the corpse of a flying insect nailed with a black line on the lintel turned towards him, and cuneiform characters oozed thick blood; the cold air inside the door was filled with putrid stench and the fragrance of powder, and the bite of a translucent insect caused an intense itching.
The hall is even more evil - the dome is made of wriggling gray-black mucous membrane, and the iron chain links are embedded with teeth; the "silver worms" in the gluttonous pattern on the bronze coffin are actually skinned fingers; white tentacles are drilled out of the seams of the floor tiles, and the floor tiles engraved with the Rigel pattern sink to reveal blinking eyes. The three-legged bronze cauldron in the center has air-dried eyeballs stuffed in its eye sockets. When the frost at the mouth of the cauldron is filled with white mist, there is a sound of gnawing ice and a local accent that is very similar to that of his late grandfather. The obsidian door on the west side is not only warm and slippery, but the black blood seeping out of it shows the face of the deceased he knew, and the droplets dripping from the door knocker can erode the skin.
A body with armor sewn from human skin appears in the southeast corner. The burning finger bones in the skull of a clay can illuminate the string of skulls embedded with glass beads. The hyphae in the bloody footprints imitate his appearance. When the white mist of the bronze cauldron boils, the lamp oil of the skull revolving lantern is melted fat, and the black smoke gathers into the shape of a scratching hand. The flesh buds on the figure's neck explode and spit out black worms. The coffin body even stretches out a hand that grasps his ankle and has his fingerprints on its scales.
Just when Long Chujian was on the verge of despair, he caught a glimpse of a darker, air-permeable depression in the stone wall on the east side. There was a vague door knocker bulging in the depression, which seemed to be the entrance to the second floor.
When Long Chujian pushed open the bronze door on the first floor of the nine-story demon building, he fell into a strange and terrifying situation: the corpse of a flying insect was nailed to the door lintel by a black thread.
