[What do you desire?]
I desire...
(The shattered galaxies appeared before your eyes, transformed into magnificent worlds of stellar rings.
You saw billions upon billions of worlds turned into a symphony of swarms by the beating of insect wings.
The great suns that had long since fallen were devoured by the swarms, their last traces of light and heat consumed.
All that remained were a few barely audible sighs and wails.
At last, in a universe silent and desolate save for the beating of insect wings,
you felt a loneliness unlike anything you had ever known.
Only then did you finally realize that the shadow of nothingness had always shrouded you.
You had never escaped...)
I desire
A sincere and passionate love?
An endless adventure?
An unbreakable friendship?
[What are you willing to give?]
In exchange...
(Before the final trace of color vanished,
the final whispers echoed in your ears.
Even in a world of gray and white,
even in the last reflection cast by a shattered mirror...
you saw the train you had once ambushed and brought down,
trailing streaks of golden flame,
racing along the silver tracks between the stars,
with songs and laughter ringing from within.
It was gentler than the masks you had long since swallowed,
more dazzling than those scattered amber stones.
Your appetite, brought into balance, erupted into a hunger like never before.
You had devoured billions upon billions of insects, yet felt not the slightest satisfaction...)
In exchange,
the mighty power known as [Procreation],
the authority to command [Self],
and...
[So be it.
Heed the universe's final whispers,
and accept the immortal blessing of the origin.
You will gain the power and authority of a secondary branch timeline beneath the sky screen.]
[And now,
good luck,
final victor of the cosmic calamity.]
The Riddler is uninteresting and boring. Some of the descriptions are awkward.
It has potential, but there is no innovation in the main plot. Basically just follow the game.
