Global: Supreme Council for Unnatural Ability Management (SCUAM): Composed of representatives from the federation’s major member states, it is responsible for establishing global conventions on superpower management, coordinating international operations, and researching the Genesis Virus.
Huaxia: Unnatural Ability Management Bureau (UAMB), known as the “Ability Bureau.” Directly subordinate to the Huaxia Supreme Council, it is led by the “Unnatural Ability Affairs Committee,” comprising 32 senior officials from core government departments, including state security, national defense, science and technology, and the judiciary, as well as the military.
