This is the story of Chu Xuan, a former demon king who was riddled with karma and transformed into a down-and-out leader. In order to suppress the soul-burning and bone-corroding red lotus karma fire in his body, he took over the dilapidated sect and unexpectedly awakened the "teacher's moral system" - the growth of his disciples would feed back the teacher's moral value and help him repair his Tao foundation.
