Tempered in Blood: 2001

Zhou Mo arrived at the hotel and kicked open the door. He saw his wife in bed with his good friend, and in a rage, rushed over to confront them. They got into a fight, but years of night shifts had worn him down, and he was no match for his former friend, who beat him to a pulp. Overcome by rage and struck with brutal blows, he died on the spot. When he woke up, he had been reborn in 2001. He looked around at the shabby rental apartment. Wasn’t this the place he’d rented just after graduating from college? He really had been reborn! He swore that this time, he would make that adulterous couple pay. He would make the whole world revolve around him and tremble at his fury.
