Entwined in the Spring Mist

[Both have lost their memories + both are undercover agents + reunion after years apart + sweet romance at the heart of the story, with open and subtle flirting from both sides + they have a child + an accomplished, determined heroine who is a psychologist × a retired CEO who seems cold but is warmhearted]

Lin Tang fell for a man, so she decided to try and win him over.

But before she could make a move, the man had already whisked her home.

A contract? Being kept? Pretending to be a couple? And she gets paid? She was all in!

At first, Lin Tang asked, “Are we sleeping in the same room?”

Pei Yanze scoffed. “Keep dreaming!”

Later, the aloof, abstinent man pinned her against the door. His voice was low, husky, and magnetic. “I want to make our act real.”

Lin Tang's legs nearly gave out, and the man didn't wait for her consent before making himself at home.

After learning that she had once given birth to a child, Lin Tang was at a loss over how to end her feelings for him.

Pei Yanze, however, stared at her with bloodshot eyes, his voice hoarse with emotion. “Tangtang, that's our child.”

During their years undercover, they fell for each other little by little while using assumed names. Later, they were both drugged. Afterward, Pei Yanze knelt before Lin Tang, his straight back bent into an arch as he apologized again and again.

That near-brutal ordeal almost cost them both their lives.

When they met again, they had no memories of each other. Yet at the sound of a voice, both their hearts began to pound.

As it turned out, the heart remembers that I love you!
