The Walking Dead: From the Start, I Build a Fortress and Am Forced to Rescue Rick

When Lin En (Lin) wakes up, he discovers he has landed in the world of The Walking Dead, with only seven days left before Atlanta falls!

He seizes control of a sprawling zoo and turns it into a fortress with towering walls and wire fences. The wild animals become a natural line of defense, and supplies pile up like mountains.

Lin En wins people over, gathering around him Davis, a taciturn and fierce former boxer, and Min-shan, a calm and precise surgeon.

Their fortress in the apocalypse is impregnable.

But their peaceful days don't last long before a cold “Survival System” suddenly appears.

Beginner mission: rescue the protagonist, Rick Grimes!

The reward is irresistible: the power to create characters, allowing him to conjure powerful, absolutely loyal allies out of thin air!

But failure means execution!

Lin En just wants to hole up in the zoo until the end of time. But when he sees the blood-red word “EXECUTION” on the mission screen, he grits his teeth, takes his two most trusted companions, starts the jeep, and races toward downtown Atlanta, already turned into hell on earth.

The hospital corridors swarm with the dead. Deep inside a patient room, a ticking bomb lies beneath the unconscious Rick…

Davis's shotgun roars, Min-shan's scalpel flashes coldly, and Lin En lunges toward the wire that will decide life or death.

Can they snatch the unconscious sheriff from the double threat of the undead and the bomb?

And can the zoo fortress hold out without its leader?

Surviving the apocalypse begins with being forced to save the protagonist!
