Naruto: Chasing Spring

Harem magnet + attracts men and women alike + stream of consciousness + turning bad endings into happy ones + no fixed pairing in the main story

“On this sunless day, we hope for spring like clover, and for the day when we will never be apart again.”

The heroine is connected to characters from every era. As a harem magnet, she encounters everyone from Otsutsuki Kaguya to the Konoha Twelve, as well as her childhood friend Uchiha Izuna and even Sasori of the Red Sand, whose connection to her is anyone’s guess. It’s mostly a happy ending, though the plot will diverge considerably from the original.

The basic premise is much the same as the previous book, and the characters remain unchanged, but the plot has been altered and expanded. It should fill in some of the gaps left by the previous book.

It’s not a wish-fulfillment story. It focuses more on emotional and stream-of-consciousness writing, so it’s better suited to readers looking for a quiet read! If it doesn’t click with you, you might find it pretty boring.
