Pokemon: The Uncrowned King

[Pokemon + Non-Canon World + No System + Female Lead + Underground Organization] A growth-focused story in the early stages, shifting to the underground world later on. Feel free to share your thoughts on anything. The author will do their best to take them on board. You can also suggest characters or Pokemon you like. I don't know much about Pokemon battles, so I hope everyone can offer plenty of guidance.
