A Dashing Young Lord Without Equal in the World

The dashing young nobleman Zun Zhi is the reincarnation of Sun Wukong, bound by a three-lifetime love trial with the Third Princess of the West Sea, the Dragon Girl of Good Fortune. Once the Great Sage Equal to Heaven, he is now the Victorious Fighting Buddha. Whether he becomes a Buddha or falls into evil depends on a single thought. Amid the conflict between Buddhism and Daoism, the Jade Emperor and Buddha Tathagata join forces to cast him into the cycle of reincarnation. Now the calamity of demons has descended once more. Japanese demons run rampant in the mortal world, while gods and Buddhas remain silent and the people suffer greatly. He faces the trials in mortal form, awakening the seventy-two transformations, the cloud-somersault, and the mysteries of the Great Heart Sutra. Taught the Great Celestial Immortal Art firsthand by Patriarch Bodhi and wielding the Sea-Calming Divine Sword, he defies the Heavenly Dao and becomes the sage of all demons, the king of all monsters. He slays evil gods, destroys wicked Buddhas, exterminates poison immortals, and wipes out Japanese demons, uncovering the shocking secrets behind the conflict between Buddhism and Daoism. With one sword, he breaks ten thousand arts; with his own strength, he holds the Three Realms in check. Beyond the Five Elements, he brings peace to all living beings.
