Hearts of Iron: I Save the Nation with a System in Late Ming

Zhang Ye opens his eyes to find himself a guard standing in front of Chongzhen, taking a blade for him.

The moment the blade pierces his chest, the Late Ming Revival System activates.

"Starter pack: one first-aid spray, ten jin of potato seeds."

Clutching his wound, he kneels and petitions the emperor: "Your Majesty, give me three years, and I'll give you back a Ming dynasty forged in blood and iron!"

When the court officials mock him for dreaming, Zhang Ye uses a steelmaking method traded from the System to produce flintlock guns.

When a hundred thousand Qing troops lay siege to the city, he commands his new army to blast the enemy commander apart with cannon fire.

When starving refugees are reduced to chewing bark, the potato fields he introduced yield a thousand jin per mu.

Watching the sun-and-moon banners flutter over the coast, Chongzhen grips his hand. "Minister Zhang, this is the prosperous age you promised me!"

But Zhang Ye gazes at the System's ultimate mission: Industrial Revolution progress, 15%. "Your Majesty, our journey is to the stars and beyond!"
