"Black Street" focuses on the twilight scene of Japanese violent gangs in the Heisei era. It uses Tsara, a small figure of the Yamaguchi-gumi, a Russian-Japanese mixed race, as an incision to unfold a story about identity, struggle and the wrinkles of the times.
