[No villains, no misunderstandings, healing each other, slow burn]
At eighteen, she was a delinquent girl, and he was a model student on the honor roll.
At twenty-eight, she was an enviable lawyer, and he was an unemployed ex-con who had just been released from prison.
At thirty-three, she was a successful single mother, and he had returned from studying abroad.
It was fate, and a trial.
It was written in the stars, and impossible to escape.
[Reading guide]
1. She pursues him in the first half; he pursues her in the second.
2. The story begins when they're twenty-eight, with quite a few flashbacks.
3. No grand melodrama, no side characters drugging anyone or causing car crashes. It's just fate playing cruel tricks: when you're doing well, I'm down on my luck, and I'm too insecure to even admit I like you.
After reading Chapter 130, I finally understood the reason why Song couldn't choose Xie in this life: He could have easily helped Song in high school, but he never got any help; Zhou Mingming had nothing, but he was still willing to give everything for Song. How can the icing on the cake be better than providing help in times of need. The male protagonist and the female protagonist are both very good people. It is obvious that there are many worse people in the world than them, and there are obviously so many people in the world who do not love each other and are incompatible with each other, but they can enjoy the protection of marriage as a matter of course; but two people who have been in love for half a life can only be rejected by marriage, and even have to face countless realistic reasons. It's so heart-wrenching to live together, but I always think that if both of them are not so good, the male protagonist will find someone who is satisfactory, and the female protagonist will continue to bravely fight for life, and there is no way to settle the past accounts. If we can live happily in the world according to our own wishes, maybe it will be enough to think of each other one day? This journey has been too bitter and painful. I don't know what the final outcome will be. I guess it's he. There is no doubt that it is a very good novel. Different identities and positions lead to the same desire to create different behaviors, and even opposing behaviors. The theme in the novel may be misunderstood, but neither men nor women are born to be attached to each other. Everyone can find their own position in life, instead of labeling people with some insulting and negative labels based on just a few words. Song's character is very different before and after. There is even a bit of a cold and cruel change before and after repaying the favor. The change in identity, the constant distrust of the other half and the future. He only believes in himself, even if he has met the most tolerant male protagonist in the world, yes, this is not a turtle or something. I wonder what their future will be like? Maybe in the character set by the author, the male protagonist will be infinitely tolerant of the sensitive, suspicious, and self-centered female protagonist, but this is not the real world. In the real world, no one party can always tolerate the other party, and no party can always compromise for the other party. Marriage is about mutual compromise, and two people work together to make progress (this part of course contains idealism). However, everyone has different experiences and it is normal to have different views on marriage and love. They only represent personal views. Finally, what I want to say is that reality may be more bloody than fiction, but it definitely doesn't have to be anyone. Zhou doesn't have to be Song, and Song doesn't have to have Zhou. Living a happy life is the most important thing. Instead of being bruised and bruised, it's better to be well.
It's worth watching it in one sitting. There is no bloody plot. The male and female protagonists have clear goals and the second male actor does not use any dirty tricks.
Are the heroine and the hero the same person?
Please tell me, if the surname is Xie is written in so much space, the child's surname will not be Xie, right?
I think it looks good
Realistic and daily stories, no exaggeration or brainlessness, the story is very attractive
I was very moved after watching it. The female protagonist is very sober, the male protagonist is also very good, and the ending is happy, but the middle part will make people heartbroken.
The novel is good and makes people want to read it.
Very well written, I like this type
Although some experiences/descriptions are very confusing, they explore some very interesting topics, so they are still praised.
