The novel is set in the Earth Federation in 2525. Humanity is divided into three camps: "Incubation Earth", "Cloud Divine Kingdom" and "Wandering Star Ring". A "silent war" breaks out due to resources and ideology, and the awakened "Resuscitation Man" breaks the balance. The protagonist Hoshino, as a "life-limited human", discovers his own secrets, and together with the resuscitator Qin Chaoyang, he reveals the truth about the "life-limiting bill". During their escape, they joined forces with the AI "Guardian-IV" and resistance leader Leah to fight against the Entropy Reduction Alliance. In the final three-party decisive battle, Hoshino creates partial order with love, and each character makes different choices. The novel uses the conflict between technology and ethics to explore the direction of human civilization, and contains subversion and innovation of traditional science fiction.
