[Strongest Konoha] [Fast-Paced Power Fantasy]
Li Liangyue transmigrates into the Naruto world and, from the start, follows Kushina to Konoha. After seeing their talents, Mito makes no attempt to change fate and ultimately still chooses Kushina as the Nine-Tails Jinchuriki, while Uzumaki Liangyue inherits Mito's Yang Seal.
After inheriting Mito's Yang Seal, Uzumaki Liangyue discovers another terrifying chakra within his body, one that is extremely cold and savage.
The source of this chakra turns out to be the Black Nine-Tails inside Uzumaki Menma, Naruto's counterpart in the Infinite Tsukuyomi world!
On the day Hinata is born, a visitor arrives from the lunar palace in the sky. Toneri, the one who gives of himself for others. Otsutsuki Toneri selflessly gives Uzumaki Liangyue his pair of Tenseigan, and even his chakra becomes part of Liangyue's power.
When he finally faces Madara Uchiha, Uzumaki Liangyue says, "I've dominated the shinobi world with just four things to rely on.
A bombardment strategy using every kind of Rasenshuriken, Tenseigan Chakra Mode, Perfect Tailed Beast Chakra Mode, and the Eight Gates Formation that reverses life and death! If you can break through those, I'll admit defeat.
Madara Uchiha: He's activated the Eight Gates! He's reversing life and death! And you brought this setup to fight me?"
