Finding a Partner in Boonie Bears

When Lin Yu accidentally stumbled into Gou Xiong Ling with a carving knife and red cord in hand, he thought it was just an ordinary transmigration. He had no idea he was about to become the key to changing the forest’s fate. At the time, Tian Cai Wei’s experiments with time and space had thrown the energy field into chaos, and a rift into the prehistoric era had quietly opened. The old days of Shencheng overlapped with Chrysanthemum Slope in the Ice Age, while the sound of Guang Touqiang’s chainsaw continued to threaten the peace of the red maple woods. To protect this land steeped in the fragrance of maple syrup, Lin Yu put down the plane in his woodworking shop and joined Xiong Da and Xiong Er to form the “Forest Guardians Alliance.” He tied windproof knots around the sunflower fields with red cord, taught Guang Touqiang to make a living by carving wood with discarded gears, and met Zhu Li in the mushroom shed when she came searching for her father’s old copper pot. Starting with growing red-veined mushrooms, the two buried Shencheng subway tickets among the wild chrysanthemums and watered seeds spanning time and space with maple syrup soup. Little by little, they turned “protection” into a daily life sweeter than honey. As Zhao Lin’s sketchbook recorded the strange meeting of gears and sun patterns, Na Ya’s silver totem awakened primordial energy, Beth’s camera captured the golden centers of twin chrysanthemums, and Mrs. Niu’s mechanical know-how helped Ke Ke repair her “Iron Palm,” this battle to protect the forest had long since grown beyond the forest itself. When A Lan passed a bone basket through the rift in time and space, and her father’s old copper pot lit up the golden-blue patterns on the anchor seedlings, Lin Yu finally understood that it wasn’t his transmigration that changed the story, but everyone’s wish to “make life a little warmer”: Xiong Er’s honey jar was no longer just for satisfying his cravings. It became nourishment for the chrysanthemum seedlings. Guang Touqiang’s chainsaw became a carving knife, shaping the “Time-Space Symbiotic Chrysanthemum”
