Real estate agent Meng Fan took over the sale of the "Huaiyin Apartment", an old bungalow with a complex history and repeated strange murders that could never be demolished. The company promised a high commission and gave him a mysterious "copy of the property deed," claiming that the holder could temporarily live safely and understand the rules of the apartment.
