After she surfaced, a gentle, beautiful woman with little time left invited her ashore. Qing Li accepted and stayed with her until the end.
That gentle, beautiful older sister was the leader of the Port Mafia. After she passed away, Qing Li somehow ended up staying with the Port Mafia.
