[Urban + Sci-Fi Apocalypse + Relaxing and Funny + Exploration]
The foundation of this world is not aura, but the "time fluid" flowing in the strata - the "time vein" solidified into it, which hides the solidified "possibilities" and "historical fragments". The "time crystal" extracted and refined can drive extraordinary power, maintain the operation of the city, and even temporarily disturb the local flow of time.
Kai was born into a low-level miner's family that relied on a large "time well". His parents were all ordinary prospectors. He is neither a genius nor a loser (Kai: Am I a loser protagonist in co-writing?), But he has an "abnormality": he is immune to the deadly rust, and can even absorb trace amounts of rust unconsciously. This is a life-saving talisman in dangerous mining areas, and is also regarded as ominous. What's more special is that he cannot inscribe "time traces" through conventional rituals to become a time craftsman. He is judged as a "time insulator" and can only do the most dangerous "rust soil cleaner" (Kai: Do you think I am willing to do this? Author, be careful, I will kill you).
In the mining area, the oppression of the miners by the upper-level ruling forces is cold and bone-chilling, and the struggles of the lower-level are as light as dust under the light of time crystals (Kai: They can hardly afford to eat, and they are either on the run or on the road to escape day by day). No one knows that Kai has a miniature rust core hidden inside his body. His path has never been to level up and fight monsters, but in the process of exploring his own mutations and deciphering the nature of Time Rust, he finds a way out of oppression and desperation. It is full of suspense and also hides the "pseudo-scientific" exploration of Time Rust (Kai with his nose pressed: I call it a mess)
