From the start, the story has the King of Escapees executed, and later Momonosuke. No Usopp or Jinbe, and Carrot is the heroine. No harem + character growth + adventure + scheming + magic
(I left Usopp out because of personal preference. As for Jinbe, I figured he'd be better off protecting Fish-Man Island than joining the crew.) (The protagonist isn't a womanizer. He truly loves only one person, but has ambiguous feelings toward the other heroines and trains the enemy heroines.)

I spent twenty years learning from him, until he finally died on his 256th birthday. Just as I was about to use all the knowledge I'd gained in my life to construct a reverse summoning spell, something went wrong. I transmigrated. No, I didn't return to my original world. I ended up in a new world: the world of pirates.

I like Garlott, single recommendation, and this is the only book I have found where the heroine is Garlott
I finally found a book in which Garrott is the heroine. Although not many people have read it, I still ask the author to keep writing.
