People often say that, but the elected council members aren't just pretty faces. On the contrary, they're beautiful girls with incredible talents.

I, Saeki Hoshina, a student in Class 1-C, was lucky enough to witness the greatest student council in Biyang Academy's history: the Thirty-Second Student Council.

Sakurano Kurimu, the great president of Biyang Academy's Thirty-Second Student Council, once said:

So, having been entrusted with the student council by our departing seniors and having delivered my speech to the senpai I respect, I will surely be elected student council president in the next election, the one that determines the Thirty-Third Student Council, and lead Biyang Academy toward a new future.
