The Tenant: Cai Jin

Yang Jin, son of Yang Congrong, transmigrates with his deep, long-held feelings for Mi Cai. He is Mi Cai's closest friend in a foreign land, and also her landlord. He buys her old house so he can approach her as her landlord, hoping both to protect her from romantic entanglements and to let this restrained love slowly unfold amid the everyday life of an old neighborhood in Suzhou.
