Supernatural suspense + devoted CEO husband + rookie apprentice, a pair of bickering partners

Xia Ning is the reincarnation of the Red-Robed Woman, once the foremost of the underworld's reapers. When her magical artifact, the Soul-Subduing Umbrella, is stolen, she gives chase and discovers that the little ghost who took it has also stolen the Yin-Yang Stones from the underworld's path of reincarnation.

The little ghost stole the Yin-Yang Stones to release its true form, the King of Tripods, Huo Zhong, who has been asleep for a thousand years.

The two accidentally shatter the Yin-Yang Stones during their fight. They think the resurrection has failed, but the King of Tripods unexpectedly returns to the mortal world once more.

To gather the scattered Yin-Yang Stones, Xia Ning searches everywhere for clues about them and sets off on an adventure with her friends.

What she doesn't expect is that the resurrected King of Tripods, Huo Zhong, has been watching her from the shadows, waiting for his chance to strike. Now he has set his sights on her CEO husband...
