"Ding! Draw a card!"
Yu Zhe turns over a card on instinct. When he sees what's on it, he freezes: the Tarot card, The Fool!
That's when he realizes he's become a Diviner.
He has no idea what kind of world this is, but he hopes it won't be too dangerous. His combat skills in the early stages are definitely nothing to write home about.
Yu Zhe gradually regains consciousness, only to open his eyes and see Aha hiding aboard the train. Akivili is curious about Yu Zhe's powers, so Yu Zhe stays on board.
Traveling the frontier with two Aeons, Shangguan Xun slowly turns into a thrill-seeker too, but that's not a bad thing.
Perhaps because the Aeons are so powerful, Yu Zhe's acting progress is always rapid. In just half a year, he's already a Sequence 6 Faceless, fast enough to rival Klein.
"Akivili, this is so much fun! Hahahaha!"
Aha still blows up one of the train cars.
Yu Zhe's advancement slows down too, but he soon becomes a Marionettist as well.
As expected, something unexpected happens. During one expedition, Yu Zhe encounters the newly born Aeon of Propagation: Tayzzyronth.
On the brink of death, The Fool card appears and takes Yu Zhe out of the cosmos's sight.
Yu Zhe wakes up once more, stranded in a pitch-black void. But after Yu Zhe becomes too annoying, IX eventually kicks him out of the Void.
And that's when the story truly begins.
On this day, Yu Zhe finally advances to Ancient Scholar. He never expected his unusual history to draw Fuli's attention, but that's how he becomes an Emanator of Remembrance.
It's not very happy in the front, but it's too happy in the back.
