Chasing a Wife in the Insectoid World

Ye Heng, a modern man, dies suddenly after staying up all night and transmigrates into the body of Ye Heng, a spoiled, arrogant second son of the Ye family in the novel he’d been reading late at night. The original Ye Heng has B-rank mental power and is a devoted simp for the protagonist’s love interest, who only treats him as a pawn. Later, a matching System forces him to marry General Yanchuan. After the wedding, he beats and verbally abuses the general, while the protagonist’s love interest takes advantage of the original Ye Heng’s affection to humiliate the general at every opportunity. The original Ye Heng ignores this and lets the protagonist’s love interest torment the general. In the end, the original Ye Heng dies without a whole body, and the general is also tortured to death by the protagonist’s love interest. The original Ye Heng’s older brother dotes on him, but meets a terrible end too. The general’s older brother, who is the original Ye Heng’s older brother’s male spouse, cares deeply for his younger brother, but also meets a terrible end. The Shen family joins forces with the rebel army to kill the insect emperor, and the empire falls into their hands.

After transmigrating into the original Ye Heng, his mental power rises to SS-rank, making him the only SS-rank male insect in the empire. He changes the original Ye Heng’s fate, then meets another transmigrator, an SSS-rank male insect, and together they change the fates of his family and many other insects.

In this world, males are revered and females are inferior, with a ratio of one male to a thousand females. Male insects don’t need to work and live easy lives, and the law allows them to beat and abuse female insects. But Ye Heng is different. Yanchuan is exactly his type, and he cherishes him, giving him a happy life.
