Reborn, I Became the White Moonlight of My Archrival, the Empress

Noble Consort Shen Qingwu fought her whole life and finally drove Empress Xie Zhiyuan to her death in the Cold Palace, taking the throne for herself.

But she discovered that all she had gained was the emperor’s coldness and endless regret.

After drinking poison, she was reborn in the year she entered the palace. Looking at the girl before her, still proud and fiery, Shen Qingwu had only one thought:

To hell with the emperor. To hell with his favor.

I want the throne, and I’ll protect the woman who sits upon it!

And so, everyone in the harem noticed that the gentle, virtuous Lady Shen had suddenly changed completely.

While the other consorts fought over the emperor’s attention, she helped the empress put a scheming green tea girl in her place.

While the other consorts practiced their talents, she helped the empress build her own faction.

While the other consorts studied the emperor’s preferences, she worked out how to strip him of his power.

Xie Zhiyuan, looking wary: “What exactly are you after?”

Shen Qingwu, utterly sincere: “Sister, let’s cuddle. I’m looking for a long-term meal ticket!”

Watching this rival who wanted to act like her bosom sister every day, Xie Zhiyuan could only think that she was out of her mind.

It wasn’t until later, when Shen Qingwu shielded her and took a fatal blow for her, that Xie Zhiyuan thought with tearful eyes:

Fine, a yandere it is. I’ll spoil her.
