The Domineering CEO Falls for Me at Sixty

At sixty-five, Chen Wanyi finds her life crushed by a hospital bill demanding 130,000 yuan. Her adopted son, Rui'an, is fighting for his life. With her savings exhausted and nowhere left to turn for a loan, an exorbitantly paid caregiving job becomes her lifeline: five hundred yuan a day to keep company with the old master of the wealthy Su family.

At Golden Mountain Manor, Chen Wanyi's years-forged tenderness brings comfort to the old man. Unexpectedly, she also becomes the only anchor in the crumbling world of Su Yan, the young CEO. Used to the scheming and deceit of the business world, he is deeply drawn to her simple reminder that “your health comes first” and her quiet resilience. A subtle affection that transcends age and class begins to grow, but danger lurks amid the rising undercurrents.

A moment captured in a surreptitious photo is maliciously misconstrued, and a “scandalous romance” between an “old servant” and a “young CEO” sets the internet ablaze. Abuse pours in from every direction, and Rui'an is bullied at school. At the heart of the storm, Chen Wanyi stands tall, her aging back straight and her white hair gleaming like frost before the cameras:

“I'm sixty-five! My wrinkles are medals earned over a lifetime, not a disgrace! The truly pathetic ones are those blinded by prejudice!”

Her defiant words tear through the internet and ignite Su Yan's counterattack.

“I honor her as a treasure refined by hardship!” Su Yan faces the storm head-on with his declaration, willing to let the share price plummet. He uses the “Silver Years Value Initiative” as a shield to clear her name and challenge the narrow-minded views of the world.

When the smoke clears, Chen Wanyi stands onstage to receive an award for her contributions to society, winning applause with the wisdom of her silver years. At the edge of the spotlight, Su Yan ignores the stares and carefully smooths a slight wrinkle from her shoulder. He reaches out, his gaze as warm as ever:

“Let's go home.”
