It tells the story of Kane, a scavenger in a post-apocalyptic city shrouded in red fog, who is trying to obtain military-grade batteries to survive and meets Lily, who also covets batteries. The two were forced to cooperate briefly during a confrontation with the mutant creature Vine Hyena, but they disagreed over the ownership of the battery.
Crisis ensues, and the approach of the corpse forces them to flee together and stray into an abandoned genetic engineering laboratory. What's even more frightening is that the genetic monsters sleeping in the laboratory were awakened and launched a mad hunt for them.
In this thrilling escape, Kane needs a battery to maintain the life support system, while Lily needs to use it to power communication equipment to find other survivors. The two have different goals. In the crisis-ridden apocalypse, they must not only deal with the threats of various mutated creatures, but also struggle to survive in cooperation and suspicion, just to find a glimmer of life in these ruins and look forward to the possibility of the world being reborn.
