Synopsis

A Sun Wukong you’ve never known. The Buddhas of the Western Heaven, the Taoists of the mortal world, and the Celestial Court in the highest heavens: who was right and who was wrong? Who taught him his astonishing powers, and who placed an evil golden band around his head? How did a monkey who was simply playing in the world end up caught in the chessboard of this vast universe?
