Instance One [Earthquake Ruins]
“Is everyone dead? Did our rescue team arrive too late?”
“No, there are survivors. We need to find them and bring them back!”
“This isn’t an earthquake! It’s the ruins!”
“The earthquake is still going.”
Instance Two [Lucky Bus]
“Something’s wrong with everyone on this bus. Why do they all have the exact same expression?”
“The bus is on fire! Run!”
“We’ve reached the final stop. It’s finally over.”
Instance Three [Lucky Residential Complex]…
Bai Luo: “Lu Hui, my family treats me very, very well. There’s no way they would send me to this place full of evil.”
Lu Hui: “Let’s hope so.”
Lu Hui: “I don’t have a home. Let me take you home, okay?”
Bai Luo: “Okay. Then it’s settled: we’ll go back to the real world together! We’ll go home together!”
On a Blue Star suffused with radiation from the depths of the universe, most people believe that genetic mutations caused by radiation have given them incurable diseases. Only a small number of people, whose genes are superior, have been unaffected by the radiation.
As the ages passed, those with superior genes began calling themselves “nobles.” To prevent their descendants from contracting genetic diseases, these “nobles” intermarried with one another, preventing genes that could cause genetic illness from entering the nobility.
The nobles generally look down on those suffering from genetic diseases, whom they call “inferiors.”
To indulge their own twisted amusements, some nobles joined forces with the great noble families and used advanced technology to create another world. Time spent there counts toward one’s lifespan in the real world, but completing missions can earn additional years of life.
