Summoned to the Underworld for Judgment? I'll Rebuild the Cycle of Reincarnation and Rule Over Life and Death!

I transmigrated into the underworld as Judge Cui Jue. Sun Wukong wreaked havoc in the underworld and crossed his name off the Book of Life and Death. The Ten Yama Kings didn't dare say a word, yet afterward they blamed me and demoted me to a mere ghost constable?

Fine, fine! You really think no one in the underworld can stand up to you?

Starting today, I am the Dark Heaven Emperor. I will establish a new order of reincarnation. The lives and deaths of gods, Buddhas, demons, and monsters are all mine to decide!

Bound to the [Supreme Netherworld System], Cui Jue rises from the very bottom, step by step taking control of the underworld.

The new underworld lineup:

Lord of the Netherworld: Cui Jue

Chief Judge: Zhong Kui (bestowed with a brush of righteous qi, one stroke decides life and death)

Vanguard Ghost Emperors: The Five Directional Ghost Emperors (enhanced by the System, their strength rivals that of Great Encompassment Golden Immortals)

Guardian of Reincarnation: Bodhisattva Ksitigarbha (won over by the protagonist's ideals, he cooperates of his own accord)

Special Operations Squad: Black and White Impermanence (their soul hooks can ensnare immortals and gods), Ox-Head and Horse-Face (capable of trampling the Celestial Court to rubble)

Wardens of the Eighteen Levels of Hell: Di Ting, an ancient ferocious beast

Legal Counsel: Bao Zheng (became a god after death and was specially appointed)

Hidden forces: The countless heroic spirits of ancient figures who have accumulated in the underworld for ages without being reincarnated...

Celestial Court: Report, Jade Emperor! Cui Jue has reforged the Book of Life and Death. Now he even controls the lifespans of the gods!

Buddhist Sect: This is a disaster! He has transformed the Eighteen Levels of Hell into a gigantic formation. Now, forget saving souls, even bodhisattvas who enter can't get out!

Sun Wukong: I, Old Sun, am immortal... What the hell? Why have Black and White Impermanence come to drag me in again? Judge Cui, let's talk this out!
