In the apocalypse of the future, Jian Zhao, a convenience store clerk in an abandoned area (a survivor of the "Big Collapse" subway disaster), repeats the daily routine of organizing shelves and receiving customers until he finds a note in the refrigerator - "Tomorrow at three o'clock, the west warehouse will collapse." Then the sign resembles the missing best friend Lin Xiaoman, and the prophecy comes true. Then the notes continued to appear, each accurately warning of disaster in the abandoned area. Wilderness survival expert Wei hope came to investigate an abnormal signal. The two went from misunderstanding to cooperation, and gradually revealed the truth: best friend Xiaoman was trapped due to the time loop experiment of the Administration, and the note was an early warning she wrote in the loop. The villain (Chen Mo, technician of the Administration) plans to sacrifice Xiaoman in order to maintain the disaster warning system. In the end, the two work together to destroy the device and rescue Xiaoman, but find a new note at the end, implying that the cycle is not over, but the protagonist has learned to face it.
