I'll Take Control of Everything!

Mu Chen, a veteran gamer, was cursing out a classic Japanese RPG. What infuriated him most was the protagonist party's appalling holier-than-thou attitude. Even when facing villains guilty of every imaginable evil, they always waved the banner of “love and forgiveness,” forcing them to turn over a new leaf and leaving endless trouble behind. As he furiously hammered away at his keyboard, railing against the plot's broken logic, a bolt of lightning struck him out of nowhere! When Mu Chen opened his eyes again, he found himself in the very fantasy game world he'd complained about a thousand times. Mu Chen was determined to “fix” this twisted story: kill when killing was called for, and leave no loose ends! But no matter what he did, the plot ran wild like a runaway horse, stubbornly charging toward that ultimate “redemption” ending. When he finally faced the mastermind behind it all, the ultimate villain who was about to be “redeemed” once again by the protagonist party, Mu Chen's fury finally erupted! He struck without hesitation, determined to put an end to this source of all evil. The tragic irony was that it wasn't the villain who stopped him, but his own “companions,” the protagonist party he'd traveled with all along! They shouted “Let go of your hatred!” and “Give him a chance!” as they joined forces to block Mu Chen's fatal blow. In the middle of this absurd and fierce clash, they gave the Demon God a chance to prepare a secret art. The spell that could turn back time was activated! When Mu Chen came to, he found himself back at the very beginning of the story. The familiar setting, the familiar people, and that nauseating “holier-than-thou” script about to play out all over again. As he looked at everything before him, all confusion and anger vanished from Mu Chen's eyes, leaving only an icy resolve. This time, he would be in control of everything!
