Conanology's Black-Market Doctor: Even Open-Heart Surgery on Gin Can Drop Gold!

[Detective Conan anime spin-off, no couples, System, improvised medicine, fake booze, protagonist doesn't know the plot, no bashing the original characters, no breaking up canon couples]

After transmigrating into the Detective Conan world, Ito Sawa gets the All-Heavens Black Doctor System. As long as he tortures patients from various other worlds as much as possible and then cures them, he can claim rewards from them. Well, what a coincidence: there's a blond guy in front of me who looks kind of dead. Perfect for practice!

Years later, as he faced the long-vanquished liquor company, Ito Sawa would always remember that distant night at his neighbor's house, when a big-headed elementary schooler asked him a question that went straight to the soul.

“Brother Ito! How are you such a good shot?”

“I once used a vacuum cleaner to suck thirty years' worth of tuberculosis out of the lungs of a patient named Arthur Morgan. He taught me Dead Eye.”

“And how about that profiling ability that lets you figure out the color of my underwear with just one look?”

“I once saved a bleeding patient named Jackie Welles with a toy foam dart gun and spicy blood curd. His partner V gave me an insanely cool cybernetic implant.”

“Then why doesn't that implant need charging?”

“I once used moldable adhesive to pull shrapnel out of a patient named Tony Stark's heart. He gave me a little nuclear battery.”

“Then how do you always find the culprit before I do at every crime scene?”

Ito Sawa awkwardly rubbed his chin. Facing Conan, he couldn't exactly tell him that on his first day in Beika, he'd stuck his hand into Gin's chest and squeezed away until he brought him back to life.
