During the Tianbao era, Lin Mo, an apprentice at a brokerage in Chang'an's Western Market, ventures alone into the forbidden grounds of the legendary Ghost Market to save his gravely ill benefactor.
At midnight, someone knocks on the door of a dry well. His uncanny eyes open for the first time, on the day of Jingzhe. Born with a pair of "Uncanny-Sight Eyes" that can pierce through eerie miasma and foresee the paths of death, he also draws the deadly attention of Shadow-Eating Beasts.
In this underground world where bones serve as lanterns and strange monsters roam, he is forced to form an alliance with Aisha, a mysterious and ruthless girl from the Western Regions. Together, they are caught up in the Bloody Skinner Gang's pursuit and the greedy traps laid by the old macaque who runs the Hundred-Bone Pawnshop...
When the bone spikes of a Soul-Devouring Beast ignite disaster, bone-corroding miasma seals off the only way out, and the pressure of an ancient giant beast awakens with a roar in the depths of the bone maze...
An ordinary man enters the game with uncanny eyes and takes scavenged bones for blades, unleashing a storm that defies fate and shakes Chang'an in the Nine Nether Ghost Market!
