Journey to the West: the Three Realms Act with Me

They all said that traveling west was an atonement. They all said that this trip was to save all sentient beings. Only I know that all this is a drama. I am Tang Sanzang, a chosen "director". My three apprentices are three unreliable "actors". The difficulty of Nine-Nine-Eighty-One is a "script" that has already been written. The gods and Buddhas in the sky and the demons everywhere are the most devoted "extras" in this drama. They play out loyalty and betrayal, compassion and greed. And I, in this grand and funny performance, step by step, got closer to the ultimate truth hidden behind the script that could subvert the three realms. The Way of Heaven is the script, and all living beings are actors. Should I follow the plot and become the destined "Buddha"? Or should I tear up the script and make enemies of these three realms for the sake of that little bit of reality?
