Lin Ye, 22, is a recent graduate and office worker, employed as a clerk at a small company. He seems ordinary, but is actually the last descendant of a family of talisman masters. The family had fallen into decline, and his grandfather concealed his identity from him since childhood. Only after his grandfather’s death did Lin Ye happen upon the Book of Secret Talisman-Drawing Techniques he had left behind, awakening Lin Ye’s ability to draw talismans.
