After the Buddha's nirvana, the Hinayana sect fell into the controversy of "the existence of three worlds". Nagarjuna split the confusion with the "eight wrong ways", and the unattached brothers proved that "there is no realm of knowledge alone". Padmasambhava subdued the Bon religion and entered Tibet, Langdama destroyed the Buddha and stained the Bay-leaf Sutra with blood. Tsongkhapa wore the yellow hat and revived the precepts, and wrote "The Stages of the Path to Enlightenment" to integrate Sutra and Tantra.
