A sword, a person, and a monster! A tale to tell, a life to savor...
“Ugh, spit. None of that has anything to do with this book’s protagonist, aka yours truly.” Someone picked his nose, crossed his legs, and solemnly reviewed the novel on his phone.
“And it’s all the Heavenly Dao’s fault. Why should I have to clean up the mess? Hmph.”
“Huh? What? You’re asking what I’m doing? Obviously, I’m reading and studying hard so I can pass the civil service exam.”
“Ah... Oh, I see. No, wait, man, you’re asking who I am? Buddy, you seriously don’t know?”
“Ah... Fine, I’ll tell you. Look here! Tap ‘Join’ and you’ll find out...” The person grinned and pointed at the big words “Join” on the phone beside him.
“What? Not exciting, not good? The protagonist is overpowered? What are you talking about? Take another look.” The unconvinced fellow opened the book, and then... a line of text quietly appeared.
“Through the endless ages, none can withstand a single sword strike from me, Xiao Feng. If there is one, then I’ll strike twice.”
“See? That’s pretty well written, isn’t it? Tsk, you brats have no eye for quality.” In a helpless tone, the person proceeded to roast everyone indiscriminately.
(This book has two main storylines.)
Readers can dive in without worry. This is a traditional fantasy novel with one female lead, and the protagonist is somewhat invincible. The story has a logical progression: the protagonist isn’t invincible for no reason, and neither side is made stupid.
The world is vast, so take your time reading on. It will gradually unfold as the story progresses.
When I first started reading, the first few chapters were quite interesting, the writing was good, and it looked like a traditional fantasy.
