A pure Cyberpunk 2077 setting, with no crossover elements.
No breaking up canon couples. The protagonist is neither invincible nor the center of a wish-fulfillment story.
The protagonist has only played the base game.
The protagonist gets crushed by fixers, corporate lackeys, netrunners, AIs, and NetWatch.
Cyberpunk is dark. The megacorporations are giants, impossible to defeat. One middle manager at a corporation can decide the fates of a whole lot of people with a single word.
Is the Basilisk powerful? It’s just an armored personnel carrier.
Is the Chimera powerful? It’s just a tank designed for special environments, not even as good as a light main battle tank.
Is the Cerberus mech powerful? It’s just a lab security mech, tasked with guarding a bunch of researchers who can’t fight.
Is Adam Smasher powerful? He’s just a security chief. Forget Saburo Arasaka: Hanako Arasaka could fire him with a single word.
Are Bartmoss and Morgan Blackhand powerful? They both got taken out at the same time in the tabletop game. Arasaka didn’t even send in its army or main battle equipment. (Militech was present, so they couldn’t let the conflict escalate, like at the China-India border.) A mere security team took out two legends.
V can fight her way through Arasaka Tower in the game? That’s because Yorinobu Arasaka was embroiled in infighting. V was nothing more than a weapon they allowed to be used.
Besides, Night City is a neutral city. Corporations can’t deploy their armies directly, so the forces that arrive are all self-defense units.
2077 uses the same storytelling technique as The Three-Body Problem. A probe, a security chief, and a pair of self-defense units were enough to crush those legends. There’s no need to spell it out: it hints at how terrifying the corporations are. If you really provoke them, they’ll just use a mass driver to hurl an asteroid at you and kill you!
Actually it's okay, but I feel a bit suffocated and uncomfortable.
The author writes very cyberpunk, and it's pretty good. I don't know when the protagonist will become stunned, and he needs to be refreshed. If you can read this book, it will be good. I originally felt that the CP was for Carol, but now I think it is Rebecca. 🤔 Can the author give me an accurate picture of who the CP is?
This book has a small entry point, but is very in-depth. It shows that you are an experienced player.
I just read Chapter 32, it's very interesting Before "Famous V". Badlands has produced an "Adecado Resistance King Kevin" 😂
What he wrote is right, but there are too few updates. 🤔
I feel like I use a lot of AI, and many of the processes are too cumbersome, which makes me a little exhausted.
Is the author waiting for Edgewalker 2? 😏
Not bad, very pretty
I haven't said it yet, I will always support you
Personally, I feel pretty good. There are currently no obvious poisonous points. You can take a look.
