Qin Chuan transmigrated to the world of Kamen Rider and became Kamen Rider Decade.
By drawing on his knowledge of Decade, he successfully unlocked the powers of every Heisei Kamen Rider, as well as Decade's various forms.
Just as he finally obtained the Ohma Zi-O card, a pure-white summoning circle transported him to another world.
Not only was the Ohma card sealed before he could use it, but all his other Rider Cards were sealed too. His magenta belt had turned white, and he could no longer use the Aurora Curtain.
At that moment, his world came crashing down. He had worked so hard to reach the current version's T0 power level, and now he had to start over.
Fine, then. He'd start over. After all, he was just a passing Kamen Rider. He'd make sure everyone remembered that.
